Now that i have rest enuff (though my leg is still aching like shit), im gg to blog abt OTC! YAYS!

I tot i was going to regret joining this year prog committee mainly cos of the heads and newbies as they are too noisy, full of crap, too much nonsense during all the previous meetings that we have. I sense ppl w/o passion being in prog, I see ppl that shldnt be there but they are there jus cos they got the experience.

I tot im not gonna like this yr committee jus like how i dun like last year one. From the start, it looks like we're not gonna be united.

But i guess im wrong after the camp. I actually felt sad when i was abt to leave, i wanted so much to hug everyone but i dun think we're close to that extend. I wanted to go CPF to join them for supper but i cant cos its getting late.

I din expect this yr committee to make such an impact on the Group Leaders(GLs), the impact was so huge that i guess i have to really say:

This Year Programme Comm is Better den all the previous prog comm that im in!

Most ppl in last yr prog comm said they love the comm but i dun. We look united yet we're not. B4 this year otc, i was still living in the memories of Prog comm 04/05 which is like 2years ago. But now, i cant wait to jus see all of them again.

I was disaapointed with myself for the 3days. I felt that my briefing was shit, game was shit, attitude was shit. Not enuff smile, too much comments, briefing not clear etc. As a senior, i shldnt be like that. Maybe i stress myself too much, but i jus wan to give the best i can to newbies. Perhaps during FOC/FOW, im not gonna give myself stress and maybe i'll do better. Jus like when i study like shit, i dunno how to do the paper but if i anyhow study, i noe how to do the paper. LOL!

But i was glad to hear from elene that im high in demand for hunt-gry and from ter that he request the prog heads to put me in his empire cos im one of the most flexible and experience programmer. Im so touched can! It pull my morale up soooooooo much! But too bad, i was post to some grp that i dun feel like commenting. LOL!

What do we do with the little breaks that we have:

Alittle tips to the guys who are incharge of waking up the gals during camp:
1) Dun ever put ur phone beside their ears as it will be confiscated.
2) Pls plan out a strategy b4 u are going to wake them up cos its never easy to make them fully awake and listen to u to go brush up.
3) Pls be gentle to them as u'll probably be scratch, pinch or screamed at if u are nasty or if u bully them
4) Get someone who can do a cheer that the gals love to see and they will immediately wake up. Eg: John's program cheer which u will see later on. LOL!

And of course, prepare logistic items for our game. The room was extremely messy, no one bother to even pack their slping bag. LOL

Inorder not to get wet during carnival games, we have to wrap ourselves up even if we will look ugly in those ugly thrash bags.

Besides getting to plan games and feel the sense of achievement after finish taking an empire, the best part of being a programmer is that u get to sabo the Facilitators. But i still got 2pails of water running down my head with ter locking me with his arm after the game. LOL!! Thanks ah!

steph asked why did i do this shit again but this time round, there are 11 ppl who did it. Well, im not gonna do it anymore. I almost cry man. wahahhaaha.

Now, for the long await program cheer that made such a great impact in OTC. (PAM WATCH IT CAREFULLY and u'll feel damn proud)

Shep and John demo the cheer for us. PLEASE focus on JOHN's BUTT! he is the one on the extreme right. He is the only one who can do the correct feel out for the dance.

This cheer was just a random idea from john and surprisingly it left a deep impression on the GLs and they'll do it whenever they reach any station games esp the one with john ard. Wahhahahaah!

Ohyes! i even made one empire to chg the content of the cheer into "BRA" instead of the usual "PROGRAMME"

Program comm practising the cheer. We are not suppose to laugh when we'er doing the cheer. We have to give a stern face but obviously we failed. It was way too funny when we do it. We practise like 6times b4 everyone can really conquer the attack of laughing gas. hahahah!



Now last but not least, the video is the evidence that show that program really made an impact in OTC. wahhahahaha

Can u imagine? Programmers are all at level 3 and GLs are at level 1. And when we start dancing the cheer, Every single GL were dancing together with us. I feel so damn proud and touched like as if we're some kinda superstar. WAHHAHAHHAHAH!

PAMMIE! im sure u wun feel left out if u are coming back. FORCE UR WAY BACK TO THE COMMITTEE OKIE?! Bug the main comms! even if u're jus gg to be a programmer its also fineeeee, u'll have more fun with us! =D

Now that OTC is over, i guess its time to go back to those horrible projects that i haven touch for 2weeks. Practice of Technopreneur (POT), i am coming.
