Few days ago, Kenneth boy-fren came over for some baking session. The initial plan was to bake cookies but end up the supermarket ran out of the pre-mix cookie flour so we got the chocolate and butter cake ones.

They turn out pretty nice at first and taste pretty good too but end up it became sticky and flat. haha!

I brought them to school the next day for the boys and guess what? they rejected it. =(

yea not all of them but a few. Reminded me the 1st time i baked cookies and got rejected. Not only that, i cant believe Mario was laughing at me. -.- hey! that got me pretty upset and mad can. Dont wan eat still laugh.

Whoever is reading this, if im to offer you something i bake in future u all better at least take a bite! I dont mind if you dun like it and throw it away after a bite though. I've got no issue with ppl throwing it away after a bite anyway since i'll also suggest them to throw if they dun like it. Better den say a str no, laugh, walk away and walk pass me seeing me offering others, laugh again.


Anyhow, before that kenneth accompanied me to Q for Bak Gua at chinatown and we rot for 3 whole hours. BUT, NO im not evening Q-ing for lin zhi yuan cos the Q was so terrible. I shld have Q for it like 2weeks b4 CNY cos the other time blackie and i only Q-ed for like 30mins-1hr. The one i Q-ed for was only 1/4 of LZY, quite famous, recommended by my aunt but becos their manpower was really slow at packing and serving thus the long waiting time. Kenneth could actually wander to the opposite street macdonals to buy a meal, come back, walked ard the market and i am still standing where i am. hahahahhahah!

K fine, i noe its damn auntie to Q for bak gua but becos no one in the family was free to buy, i have to do the job. Not that i like to Q but somehow i love the feeling of knowing the bakgua we're serving others and eating was Q-ed by ME. Moreover, Grandma is too old to do the Q-ing (& when im Q-ing, somehow when i see the old man infront of me and old ladies behind me, i dun understand how can kids let their grandparents do the Q-ing! There's no seat and the waiting time is so long!)


This was right infront of us when we're Q-ing. hahahah! pls spot the mistake and guess who is the owner? No prize for guessing it right becos its damn obvious.

After getting the bakgua, i tot i could go search for the fish porridge that i loveeeeeee to eat when im still young but sad to say, i got the wrong stall and it was a terrible meal.

By the time we reached my house after some shopping at the supermarket, we're dead tired and all we wanted to do was just to nua on the sofa. End up the baking session was pushed to the next day (which was the initial date we plan for) and we just sat at the sofa and watched Tv all the way from 7pm-12am. haha!

I woke up as early as 9.30 for breakfast then baking, downstair to the mini supermart for more ingredients and then to the supermarket again for MORE ingredients. By 11pm im sticky and sleepy.

Becos the cupcakes are all falling one side so kenneth came out with the idea of 济济一堂。Turn out that our cupcakes decided to be one united nation. LOL


Im always finding time to slack.hehhh! That deer that i mistook it as a cow was with me for years and i nv love it becos i think its a cow. hahahha! I got it wayyy before NYDC appear and am so surprise to see it as their door keeper. haha!

this happen when we went supermarket to get ingredients for dinner. hah! i have no idea what happen becos the previous batch took 30mins to be ready and this batch only took 12 mins to become like this. My whole house smell chao da when i came back. Hehhh!



Yes you can see that im quite a lazy cook. He did all the washing. =D

but heyyyyy he was the one who wanted to bake leh! haha!

The day didnt end like this. Kenneth suggested cooking fried rice that he rated 8/10 for dinner for my family. haha! So grandma get a day off from thinking what to cook. It always bothers her whenever she ask if i feel like having any specific dish and i usually say "anything". Hehh.



The fried rice, as claim by him is a mixture of western and pepper lunch style.
